Guide Plate

This guide plate is widely used in industrial automation, intelligent conveying and precision guidance systems. It is manufactured from grade 45 steel, subjected to quenching and tempering treatment (hardness HB220-250), followed by precision bending and machining. Strictly controlled to GB/T 1804-m tolerance standards, with key geometric tolerances compliant with GB/T 1184-K standards and surface roughness within Ra0.8, processed on CNC press brakes and vertical machining centers. We offer post-processing options including nickel plating (coating thickness 0.02-0.05mm), deburring and passivation, ensuring excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and guidance accuracy. Customization of different sizes, bending angles and hole patterns according to customer drawings is available to meet the guidance requirements of various non-standard conveying equipment. The sample lead time is 7-10 days, and bulk orders can be delivered within 15-20 days.
