Stainless Steel Handwheel and Lead Screw Adjustment Assembly

This assembly integrates a three-spoke open handwheel with a trapezoidal lead screw transmission mechanism. Rotating the handwheel drives the screw to produce axial displacement, commonly used for fine feed adjustment, clamping positioning, or valve control in mechanical equipment. The left side features a hinged mounting bracket for quick fixation to equipment panels or frame sides, while the right side of the handwheel has a central internal threaded hole that can be directly screwed onto the end of the shaft system for torque transmission.

Manufacturing strictly controls the uniformity of the knurled anti-slip pattern on the handwheel's outer diameter and the coaxiality of the central internal thread, ensuring smooth manual operation without wobble. The profile regularity and straightness of the lead screw directly affect transmission precision; strict control is applied to prevent jamming or wear. Given the high hardness of stainless steel, machining parameters are optimized and followed by fine polishing to remove sharp edges and burrs, enhancing corrosion resistance and aesthetic quality.
