EDM machines the jaw pocket profiles to the dimensional accuracy that CNC milling alone cannot achieve for precision clamping surfaces. Jaw block positions and datum face flatness are verified to your print requirements before the fixture enters service. Polishing is available for datum and locating surfaces where contact quality affects workpiece positioning accuracy. The workshop area covers circa 4,000 m², serving automotive, aerospace, and medical equipment applications.
