As a critical transmission support structure for the J3 axis of welding robots, this drive housing integrates a motor mounting flange with an internal bearing cavity. It is engineered to withstand high-load torque while maintaining strict coaxiality.
The main body is formed using metal casting processes to ensure strength and rigidity for complex, irregular contours. The top square mounting seat and central hole undergo precision machining, with tight controls on flatness and positional tolerances to guarantee concentricity and connection stability after assembly. The positioning bosses and interface steps on the side impose high requirements for consistency across multi-process fixturing.
Our factory holds ISO 9001 and GJB9001C certifications and is equipped with vertical machining centers and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). We provide complete manufacturing solutions for such non-standard structural parts, from raw castings to finished machining.
