As a critical interface component for pipeline systems or rotating shaft support, this assembly includes standard circular flanges and flanged hub structures. The left-side flange achieves rigid fixation through evenly distributed mounting holes, with a central through-hole for media flow or shaft passage. The right-side part extends a cylindrical neck from the flange base, forming a stepped locating surface. It is commonly used for valve stem guidance, pump bearing seat support, or wall-penetrating sealed installation on equipment panels, ensuring axial positioning accuracy and connection stability under vibration conditions.

The manufacturing process relies on CNC turning and combined drilling/tapping operations, strictly controlling the perpendicularity between the flange face and the center inner/outer diameters, as well as the coaxiality of the neck step relative to the mounting surface. This prevents wobble or poor sealing surface contact after assembly. Addressing the high toughness of stainless steel, cutting parameters are optimized to suppress deformation and eliminate burrs. Special attention is given to smoothing the chamfers on flange edges and hole openings, ensuring operational safety and meeting the aesthetic cleanliness requirements of clean environments. For tight clearance fits, outer diameter tolerances are strictly controlled to ensure smooth insertion and removal without looseness.
