This product is widely used in the building materials machinery and automated rolling equipment industries, manufactured from 38CrMoAl alloy structural steel via precision turning, nitriding treatment and polishing processes. Accuracy is strictly controlled within coaxiality and perpendicularity errors ≤0.03mm, dimensional tolerances of ±0.02mm, processed on CNC lathes and nitriding furnaces. We offer post-treatments including quenching and tempering, nitriding, polishing, and deburring/chamfering to ensure excellent surface quality and hardness (above HRC55). Sample lead time is 7-10 days, and bulk orders can be delivered within 15-25 days. Customization of different sizes and hole patterns according to customer drawings is available.
