A disc-shaped rotating component featuring a central boss and peripheral gear-like teeth, serving as a critical connection interface for rotary mechanisms. The top cylindrical shaft section is designed for the precise positioning of bearings or seals, while the broad bottom flange face achieves rigid locking through evenly distributed countersunk holes. The fine tooth pattern on the edge increases frictional torque or assists in circumferential限位 (positioning).

This component demands strict control over coaxiality and face runout to ensure perpendicularity between the central shaft hole and the mounting plane, maintaining dynamic balance during high-speed operation. To address the complex peripheral teeth and multiple threaded holes, we employ turn-mill compound machining for one-time forming. This process effectively avoids positional deviations caused by secondary clamping while ensuring surface finish and dimensional consistency.
