The manufacturing process involves turning and injection molding/vulcanization assembly. Key controls include the regularity of the external thread profile and straightness of the metal rod to ensure smooth rotation without jamming during long-stroke adjustments. Additionally, the perpendicularity between the flange end face and the screw axis is strictly maintained to prevent wobble and uneven stress after assembly.
