Concealed Square Access Panel

Designed with a square frame, side hinges, and hidden latches, this panel is engineered to seal openings in suspended ceilings or walls. The door leaf fits flush with the frame, maintaining surface flatness when closed to facilitate subsequent painting or veneering for a seamless, concealed appearance. It is commonly used for maintenance access to HVAC ducts, electrical wiring, and fire protection systems.

The manufacturing process involves precision laser cutting and multi-stage bending. Strict control over right-angle accuracy and diagonal dimensions ensures uniform gaps after installation. To address the characteristics of metal sheets, corner joints are reinforced via spot welding or laser welding, followed by grinding to eliminate weld marks. To mitigate the risk of planar deformation in large thin-sheet components, production incorporates specialized fixtures for stress relief and shape control.

Equipped with shearing machines, CNC press brakes, and automated coating lines, our factory supports customized production using carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other base materials. Surfaces undergo pre-treatment and powder coating to provide a uniform matte or glossy finish with excellent corrosion and wear resistance.
