Elongated slot width and strip length tolerance are compared to your released dimensions at first-off check on every perforated mounting bracket. Welltop's Dongguan sheet metal fabrication line produces these under ISO 9001 process controls. Both dimensions determine whether the bracket indexes correctly in the mounting channel and the slots pass fasteners without binding. The production site covers some 4,000 m², serving automotive, oil & gas, and shipbuilding applications. Both are documented on the inspection certificate before release. The elongated rectangular strip body, multiple slot array, and edge geometry are produced from your released drawing; slot-to-edge distance and slot pitch are verified during in-process sampling.
