Fabrication involves precision laser cutting to define the vent patterns and side panel contours, followed by CNC bending to achieve consistent 90-degree structural integrity. The assembly utilizes spot welding or riveting at critical joints to maintain dimensional stability, while the galvanized steel surface provides corrosion resistance suitable for indoor server rooms or telecommunications closets. Internal rail spacing is controlled to ensure compatibility with standard rack-mount accessories.
