The manufacturing process combines laser cutting for precise hole patterns, bending for structural walls, and welding to join the box section and attach the tubular fittings. Controlling squareness of the internal cavity and ensuring leak-tight welds at the tube interfaces are critical quality checkpoints. Surface finish can be tailored via passivation, powder coating, or plating depending on environmental exposure requirements.
