Perforation hole diameter and outer rim runout are the two governing dimensions for this perforated circular disc; hole diameter is checked to your released dimensions at initial sample inspection to ensure each aperture meets flow or fit requirements, and outer rim runout is measured during in-process checks to confirm the disc seats concentric with its mount. Both are documented on the inspection record before shipment. Produced at Welltop's Dongguan facility under ISO 9001 controls through CNC milling and turning, the nozzle plate body and smooth machined outer rim are fabricated to your approved drawing.
