Telescopic Landing Door Operator Assembly

The product is widely used in the landing door system of passenger elevator, medical elevator and cargo elevator. The main guide rail is made of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy profile. The middle mounting plate and fixing parts are formed by punching with cold rolled steel plates. The key pin shaft and rotating shaft are hardened and tempered with 45 # steel. The pulley is of nylon bearing steel combined structure. Precision metal plate processing and steel wire rope transmission assembly process manufacturing, guide rail straightness accuracy is strictly controlled within 0.5mm/1000mm, the core production equipment is punch, bending machine and door machine performance test bench. We provide post-treatment processes such as anodizing, galvanization passivation and plastic spraying, which are applicable to appearance and rust prevention standards of elevator industry.
