As the core support skeleton for small hydraulic equipment, this gantry-style structure provides a stable working platform for the top jack through rigid connections between four columns and upper/lower beams. The bottom features a widened double-layer base design that effectively disperses vertical pressure and enhances overall anti-tipping capability, making it suitable for industrial scenarios such as workshop maintenance, bearing press-fitting, or component forming.

The main frame is constructed from multi-section rectangular steel tubes and channel steel via group welding. High standards for weld penetration depth and straightness are maintained to prevent deformation under high-tonnage pressure. Multiple adjustment holes are reserved on the column sides to support flexible worktable height adjustments; the accompanying return spring mounting seats must ensure left-right symmetry to guarantee smooth and safe equipment operation.

Leveraging the mature mechanical manufacturing industry chain in Fenghua, the factory is equipped with CNC shearing, bending, and welding robots to efficiently complete cutting, blanking, and precision assembly of such heavy structural components. The surface undergoes shot blasting for rust removal followed by powder coating, providing excellent rust-proof and wear-resistant performance. We support custom non-standard sizes based on customer drawings for batch production.
