Injection Molded Housing for Handheld Devices

This black housing structure features a top handle and side opening slots, manufactured through integrated injection molding. It typically serves as the external protective carrier for portable detection instruments, medical rehabilitation aids, or industrial handheld terminals. The arched handle design at the top optimizes grip force distribution, while the rectangular cutout area at the front accommodates display screens, sensor probes, or operation key modules.

For deep-cavity, thin-walled parts with handles, controlling melt flow balance during molding is critical to prevent surface sink marks, warpage, or internal stress concentration caused by wall thickness variations. Strict requirements are placed on mold cooling channel layout and holding pressure curves for screw boss positioning holes, snap-fit interfaces, and ribbed areas at the handle base. This ensures the flatness of key assembly surfaces and the coaxiality of hole positions, guaranteeing secure locking of PCBs and functional modules.
