About Medical Device Components
These products are components of dental medical devices, such as saliva ejector handpieces, high- and low-volume suction handpieces, and dental handpiece connectors. They are widely used in oral healthcare settings, dental clinics, and the medical device manufacturing industry for procedures like saliva aspiration and high-volume suction during dental treatment.
CNC precision turning-milling composite machining (turning and multi-axis milling) is employed. For certain complex curved surfaces, five-axis simultaneous machining is used. This is complemented by wire EDM to achieve high-precision hole positioning and external contour shaping, ensuring precise fit and function of threads, snap-fit features, and switching mechanisms.
Processing accuracy is tightly controlled within ±0.005 mm, with critical mating dimensions (such as threads, ports, and switch shafts) achieving tolerances as tight as ±0.002 mm. Full-size inspection is performed using a three-coordinate measuring machine and an image measurement system to ensure the reliability of assembly and operation after sterilization.
