The main body typically features a thermoplastic injection-molded skeleton, covered with a soft, non-slip textured layer or leather. High-gloss metallic trim is inlaid on the sides to enhance interior aesthetics. Core manufacturing focuses on controlling the bonding strength between the covering material and the internal skeleton to prevent delamination or peeling during long-term use. Strict control is also applied to the print clarity and abrasion resistance of the top gear panel, as well as the dimensional tolerances of the bottom mounting interface, ensuring uniform assembly gaps and no looseness or abnormal noise.
