Manufactured via one-piece injection molding, the circular aperture accommodates components such as air conditioning control knobs, volume adjustment shafts, or multimedia joysticks, while the rectangular openings are reserved for wiring harnesses or auxiliary display modules. Multiple positioning tabs extending from the bottom ensure secure locking on the reverse side of the panel.

The asymmetrical design with local thin-wall transitions imposes high requirements on melt flow balance and cooling shrinkage control during the injection molding process. Key quality controls include the coaxiality of the circular mounting holes, dimensional precision of the rectangular windows, and elastic deformation of the bottom tabs to prevent surface sink marks, warpage, or internal stress concentration caused by wall thickness variations.
