This black engineering plastic component features a central irregular cavity and elongated mounting ears on both sides, specifically designed for connections in vehicle electrical systems. Circular through-holes at both ends facilitate bolt fixation and positioning, ensuring secure antenna assembly within the vehicle. The prominent rectangular connector area in the middle utilizes a pin insert molding structure, integrating mechanical support, signal conductivity, and waterproof protection for the interface.

These precision housings with metal inserts impose strict requirements on injection molding processes and geometric tolerances. Vertical injection molding machines are employed for precise pin insertion to ensure bonding strength while avoiding defects such as displacement or flash. The factory utilizes slow wire EDM and mirror-finish EDM equipment to create high-gloss mold cavities, ensuring smooth connector mating and strictly controlling seal ring dimensions to meet automotive waterproof standards.
