As a key component for wheel aesthetic decoration and center hole protection, this hub cover features a silver metallic finish and a central double-ring snap structure for bolt-free quick installation. The overall circular disc layout includes eight symmetrically distributed hollow guide slots on the outer edge, which reduce component weight while addressing brake cooling needs and enhancing the visual sporty appeal.

The manufacturing process focuses on controlling the dimensional stability of the injection-molded skeleton and the adhesion of the surface electroplating/coating layers. This ensures no detachment or deformation occurs under the centrifugal forces and road impacts generated during high-speed driving. The wire spring clip in the center must have precise elastic recovery to adapt to the center hole tolerances of various wheel specifications. Meanwhile, the positioning bosses on the back and the contact surface with the rim must remain flat to prevent paint damage or noise caused by long-term friction.
