An integrated black structure featuring an externally threaded body and a stepped flange, serving as a connection and fixation node in fluid transmission systems. The tube end is configured with standard external threads for screwing into mating ports, while the wide flange surface in the middle provides axial limit support. This design works with tail lock nuts or retaining rings to achieve secure locking of the component on the panel.

Such pipe fittings have strict requirements for coaxiality and sealing fit dimensions. It is essential to ensure regular thread profiles free of burrs, and good perpendicularity between the flange face and the tube axis to prevent leakage risks caused by installation skew. During the molding process, key control is exercised over wall thickness uniformity to avoid internal stress deformation caused by local shrinkage, thereby ensuring airtightness and mechanical strength during assembly.

Leveraging our factory's vertical and horizontal injection molding machine groups, along with slow wire cutting and mirror EDM precision mold processing equipment, we achieve high-gloss cavity manufacturing.
