Elongated Panel With Mounting Bracket Panel and Integrated Vertical Ribs Plus Standoffs

Integrated vertical ribs on the mounting bracket panel help maintain controlled feature alignment through production. For this build, we run the mounting bracket panel to specified material grouping, surface finish requirement, and critical tolerance band as defined in the controlled documentation. Datum schemes are applied per the drawing to keep mounting points, ribs, and standoffs aligned across production lots. Please provide a detailed print with tolerances called out, a released CAD file in neutral format, or a physical reference sample for inspection so our process engineers can confirm the control plan before mold setup. Our Shenzhen production plant—ISO 9001–certified—performs injection molding with documented in-process inspection and final approvals. Final cost and standard lead time are provided after release review of the drawing and any reference data.
