Serving as a support carrier for equipment panels or within chassis, this component is integrally injection molded from black engineering plastic. The main body features a regular rectangular base structure, with a central protrusion configured with a circular flange interface featuring anti-slip textures. This interface is designed for securely connecting pipe fittings, sensor probes, or rotating shaft components. Multiple rectangular cutouts and positioning slots are distributed along the edges of the base, facilitating quick locking to external structures via screws or clips while ensuring electrical isolation.

This asymmetrical structural part, characterized by a central boss and lateral openings, imposes high requirements on melt flow balance and cooling shrinkage control during the injection molding process. Key controls include the coaxiality of the central hole, the flatness of the flange surface, and the dimensional consistency of the side wall slots. These measures prevent surface sink marks, warpage, or internal stress concentration caused by wall thickness variations. The tolerances of key mating positions directly determine the smoothness of subsequent assembly and sealing reliability; therefore, gate locations are optimized in mold design to balance filling pressure.
