This disc-shaped transmission component is manufactured from high-rigidity thermoplastic via injection molding. It features a precision bearing mounting hole at the center and is surrounded by an outer layer of black rubber or soft elastomer. This rigid-flexible composite structure is commonly used in small power transmission systems and home appliance drive mechanisms. The plastic core provides stable geometric support, while the flexible outer ring offers vibration damping, noise reduction, and increased friction.

The manufacturing process focuses on controlling the coaxiality between the central hole and the outer diameter, as well as ensuring uniform wall thickness in the spoke ribs. This prevents dynamic imbalance during high-speed rotation and avoids injection molding sink marks. The green appearance is achieved by compounding masterbatches directly during the injection molding phase, requiring strict color consistency. The bonding strength of the black outer ring is also a critical quality control point to prevent delamination or slippage under long-term torque loads.
