The main body features an ergonomic, streamlined curved contour. The side walls integrate various custom-shaped mounting interfaces and snap-fit structures to securely connect internal mechanical joint modules or external fixation straps. Additionally, internal honeycomb grid ribs provide lightweight support and stress dispersion.

For deep-cavity, thin-walled appearance parts with complex curves, controlling melt flow balance during injection molding is critical to prevent surface sink marks, warpage, or internal stress concentration caused by wall thickness variations. The flatness of key mating surfaces, the coaxiality of screw boss positioning holes, and the elastic deformation of snap-fit interfaces directly affect assembly airtightness and wearing comfort. We utilize mold flow analysis to optimize gate locations and cooling channel layouts, ensuring dimensional stability in mass production.
