This black L-shaped support assembly features an ergonomic grip and a front mounting flange, with the main body formed via one-piece injection molding of engineering plastic. The handle area is designed with anti-slip textures and longitudinal reinforcing ribs to optimize grip force distribution and enhance structural rigidity. The extended front mounting seat includes rectangular cutouts and cylindrical positioning holes, designed to securely hold sensor modules, control units, or mechanical connectors.

The part incorporates two pre-installed brass threaded inserts. This metal-plastic composite structure demands precise control during injection molding to prevent thread deformation, stripping, or incomplete encapsulation caused by shrinkage. Special attention is paid to the transition zone between the handle and mounting seat to mitigate internal stress concentration. Through mold flow analysis, we optimize gate locations and holding pressure curves to ensure flatness of key mating surfaces and coaxiality of hole positions, guaranteeing smooth assembly and reliable locking.
