This ring-shaped component features a segmented pocket structure, where independent units are precisely connected to form a continuous circumference. It is designed to provide accurate radial positioning and maintain spacing for rolling elements. This non-closed or flexible拼接 design is commonly used in large thrust bearings or cylindrical roller bearing systems under specific operating conditions, effectively reducing friction and guiding rolling elements for smooth operation within the raceway.

Manufacturing these cages requires strict control over injection molding shrinkage rates and mold cavity precision. It is essential to ensure consistent pocket positioning and smooth, burr-free edges to prevent damage to the rolling element surfaces. Materials typically include modified PA66 or special engineering plastics, balancing high strength, wear resistance, and self-lubricating properties to withstand thermal loads and mechanical shocks from high-speed rotation or frequent start-stop cycles.

Operating under the IATF16949 certification system, our factory is equipped with injection molding machines from brands such as Shuangsheng and Sumitomo, as well as Zeiss coordinate measuring machines (CMM). We possess full-process control capabilities, from raw material moisture treatment to final product visual sorting. For these non-standard custom parts, we develop molds and produce according to drawings defining pitch circle diameter, pocket count, and tolerance grades, ensuring dimensional stability and assembly interchangeability for bulk deliveries.
