Both ends are equipped with asymmetrical mounting lugs and cylindrical interfaces, enabling secure docking or rotational fitting between components while balancing lightweight design with structural strength.

During the molding of such complex skeletal parts, precise control of melt flow balance is critical to prevent surface sink marks, warpage, or internal stress concentration caused by wall thickness variations. Strict requirements are placed on mold cooling channel layout and holding pressure curves for features such as side-wall screw boss positioning holes, snap-fit interfaces, and reinforced areas at the handle base. This ensures the flatness of key assembly surfaces and coaxiality of holes, guaranteeing the secure fastening of subsequent PCBs and functional modules.
