Designed for the assembly of rehabilitation medical devices and prosthetic/orthotic components, this elongated support piece is manufactured via one-piece injection molding using engineering plastics. The main body features a streamlined strip structure with integrated longitudinal reinforcing ribs in the center to enhance bending rigidity. Both ends are equipped with asymmetrical mounting lugs and cylindrical interfaces, enabling secure docking or rotational fitting between components while balancing lightweight design with structural strength.

During the molding of such complex skeletal parts, precise control of melt flow balance is critical to prevent surface sink marks, warpage, or internal stress concentration caused by wall thickness variations. Strict requirements are placed on mold cooling channel layout and holding pressure curves for features such as side-wall screw boss positioning holes, snap-fit interfaces, and reinforced areas at the handle base. This ensures the flatness of key assembly surfaces and coaxiality of holes, guaranteeing the secure fastening of subsequent PCBs and functional modules.

Our factory is equipped with Haitian precision injection molding machines and fully automatic image measuring instruments, supporting one-stop services from UG/ProE structural design verification and mold flow simulation analysis to precision mold development. We customize material temperature, mold temperature, and injection parameters based on the characteristics of engineering plastics such as ABS, PC, or PA66.
