Automotive Intake Corrugated Hose

Features an elbow corrugated structure with a lateral branch interface, commonly used for flexible connections between the engine intake system and the throttle body. The base includes a rigid mounting flange, while the top transitions through a 90-degree bend with an extended small-diameter vacuum port. This design accommodates routing constraints and integrates multi-path air circuits.

Manufacturing typically involves composite molding of injection-molded rigid connectors and rubber or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) corrugated hoses. Key processing focuses on controlling the expansion stroke and rebound force of the corrugated section to prevent fatigue fracture under engine vibration. Strict control of coaxiality at both ends and dimensional tolerances of the lateral branch ensures tight press-fit sealing to prevent air leaks.
