This black elastomer component features a triangular flange and a central metal insert, commonly serving as a vibration isolation element for automotive engine mounts, transmission brackets, or chassis connection points. The structure utilizes the elastic deformation of the outer rubber body to absorb high-frequency vibrations and impact energy, while the precise bearing hole in the center provides rigid support and rotational freedom. This effectively blocks noise transmission to the vehicle body and compensates for installation errors.

The core of the manufacturing process lies in controlling the vulcanization bonding strength between the rubber and the central metal skeleton to prevent debonding failure under long-term dynamic loads. Simultaneously, the coaxiality of the central hole and the flatness of the flange surface are strictly controlled to ensure tight fit and uniform force distribution during assembly. For such composite structures with metal inserts, the mold flow channel design is optimized to eliminate weld lines, ensuring consistency in rubber hardness (Shore A) to maintain stable rebound performance and damping characteristics.

Leveraging our IATF 16949 certified quality management system, our production line is equipped with Qianpu and Huali rubber injection molding machines, offering one-stop delivery capabilities from compound formulation adjustment and mold development to vulcanization molding. We possess testing instruments such as electronic tensile testers, ozone aging chambers, and high-low temperature alternating humidity and heat chambers. We can perform sampling verification based on customer 3D digital models and material property requirements (such as oil resistance and temperature range), ensuring that products meet OEM standards in terms of fatigue resistance, aging resistance, and dimensional stability.
