The top features an internal threaded hole for connecting to equipment studs, while the through-holes in the bottom wings securely lock the component to the base. This design effectively absorbs high-frequency mechanical vibrations and compensates for minor errors in the mounting surface through the compressive deformation of the elastomer.

The core of manufacturing such rubber-to-metal bonded parts lies in controlling the interfacial bonding strength between the rubber and the metal skeleton during vulcanization, preventing debonding failure under long-term alternating loads. The factory uses flat plate vulcanizing presses and vacuum vulcanization equipment for integrated molding, ensuring the rubber is dense and free of pores.
