Plastic Fastener Component With Buckle and Molded Strap Interface

Our certified molding line produces the buckle to keep fit consistent across runs. Material family with surface treatment are treated as primary checkpoints during production. The critical permissible tolerance range is maintained through molding and inspection; provide a 3D model to lock the molded strap interface to existing hardware geometry. This work is carried out at our Wuhu molding facility, supporting repeatable series production. Cost and timing reflect tolerance stack, cosmetic needs, and secondary finishing expectations.
