Pre-embedded threaded rods at both ends of the central cylindrical rubber body create rigid connection points combined with a flexible cushioning layer. Commonly used for mounting motors, pumps, or automated production lines, it absorbs high-frequency mechanical vibrations through elastic deformation and compensates for minor installation surface irregularities.

The core of manufacturing such rubber-to-metal bonded parts lies in controlling the vulcanization bonding strength at the rubber-metal interface to prevent debonding failure under long-term alternating loads. The factory utilizes flatbed and vacuum vulcanizing equipment for integrated molding, effectively eliminating internal air bubbles and ensuring density. Simultaneously, strict control over the machining precision and surface finish of external threads ensures smooth nut engagement without damaging the rubber bonding layer, with dimensional tolerances stably controlled within ±0.05mm.
