Serving as an elastic connection node between equipment bases and mounting surfaces, this component features a central metal skeleton for rigid support, encased in black rubber to absorb high-frequency vibrations and compensate for surface irregularities. Threaded rods at both ends facilitate secure bolt fastening. Working in conjunction with the drum-shaped or cylindrical buffer layer in the middle, it effectively isolates mechanical vibrations from transmitting to the base. It is commonly used in anti-vibration installations for precision instruments, automation equipment, and motors.

The core of manufacturing such metal-bonded rubber parts lies in controlling the vulcanization bonding strength at the rubber-metal interface to prevent debonding failure under long-term alternating loads.
