Rubber Vibration Damping Mount

This black disc-shaped assembly features a central mounting hole and a bottom flange structure. The variant on the right integrates a metal threaded rod and spring mechanism. These components are typically used as vibration dampers, limit stops, or support feet for mechanical equipment. By leveraging the elastic deformation of the rubber body, they absorb shock energy, while the wide bottom contact surface distributes loads effectively. This design significantly reduces vibration transmission during equipment operation and protects the mounting base.

The manufacturing process involves rubber compounding, compression molding, vulcanization, and precision assembly of metal inserts. Core processing controls focus on maintaining consistent rubber hardness (Shore A) to ensure stable rebound performance under varying loads. Strict control over central hole tolerances and bottom flange flatness is essential to guarantee vertical alignment and tight fit during installation. For assemblies with threaded rods, particular attention is paid to the bonding strength between the metal and rubber interfaces to prevent debonding or loosening under long-term dynamic stress.
