The central cylindrical or drum-shaped rubber layer absorbs high-frequency mechanical vibrations, while galvanized steel wings, flanges, or embedded threaded rods ensure secure installation. This design effectively blocks vibration transmission to the base and compensates for minor installation plane errors.

The core of manufacturing these components lies in controlling the vulcanization bonding strength at the rubber-metal interface to prevent debonding failure under long-term alternating loads. Our factory uses flat vulcanizing presses and vacuum vulcanization equipment for integrated molding, ensuring the rubber is dense and void-free, with dimensional tolerances strictly controlled within ±0.05mm. For external threads, we ensure machining precision and surface finish to allow smooth nut engagement and prevent sharp edges from damaging the rubber bonding layer.
