Production leverages 120T-560T injection machines and Haitian two-shot equipment, supported by Sodick EDM for high-precision mold cavity finishing. Surface treatments such as UV coating or rubber paint can be applied via the in-house dust-free spraying line to enhance scratch resistance and visual depth.
