Designed for equipment leveling and vibration isolation, this component features a composite structure of a metal screw and an elastic rubber base. It is equipped with a long-travel external threaded rod and a double hex nut locking mechanism. The bottom integrates a conical metal skeleton with a blue anti-slip, wear-resistant rubber pad. Suitable for the installation and fixation of precision instruments, automated production line machinery, or motors, it transmits loads through rigid connections while absorbing high-frequency vibrations via the bottom elastic layer.

The manufacturing process strictly controls the machining precision of metal parts and the bonding strength of the rubber vulcanization interface. The screw thread ensures standard regularity and surface finish for smooth nut engagement without sticking. The bond between the rubber and the metal skeleton is formed using high-temperature compression molding on a flat vulcanizing press, strictly controlling Shore hardness tolerances and demolding flash to prevent debonding or delamination under long-term alternating loads. The material formula of the bottom blue rubber layer can be adjusted to oil-resistant NBR or weather-resistant EPDM to meet different environmental requirements.

Our factory is equipped with Dalian Machine Tool lathes and Suzhou Kesheng flat vulcanizing presses, supporting the complete manufacturing process from precision turning of metal parts to integrated rubber molding. In accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management system, we perform full physical performance inspections on finished products using vertical/handheld hardness testers and tensile machines to ensure consistency in load-bearing capacity and rebound performance across batches.
