Featuring a multi-plate stacked structure with top-mounted lifting eye bolts, this mold base is designed to meet the molding requirements of large or complex plastic products. By precisely stacking multiple template layers, it accommodates complex sliders, lifters, and cooling systems, making it ideal for mass production of products with high dimensional stability requirements, such as communication equipment housings and automotive components.

The manufacturing process strictly controls the parallelism between templates and the coaxiality of guide pillar holes to ensure guiding precision during high-speed opening and closing. Strict grinding and assembly debugging are performed on the parting surface sealing of deep cavities and the fit clearance of moving parts to eliminate flash risks and guarantee dimensional consistency over long production cycles.
