The manufacturing process strictly controls inner hole tolerance grades and end-face perpendicularity to prevent assembly interference or runout. For white semi-transparent thermoplastics (such as POM and Nylon) and black engineering plastics shown, turn-mill composite machining effectively meets coaxiality requirements. For flange faces with multiple hole distributions, high-precision CNC machining centers are utilized to control hole spacing accuracy. Metal mating parts undergo surface sandblasting or anodizing to enhance wear resistance and aesthetic quality.
