We provide customized machining services for various irregularly shaped engineering plastic components, addressing insulation support and wear-resistant connection needs in automation equipment and industrial machinery. The components shown include cylindrical sleeves, square mounting bases, multi-hole flanges, and guide blocks with complex profiles. These parts often serve as bearing housings, fluid pipeline transition pieces, or electrical isolation layers, leveraging the corrosion resistance and self-lubricating properties of specialty materials to replace traditional metal components.

Our manufacturing process strictly controls internal hole coaxiality, end-face perpendicularity, and positional tolerance of multi-hole distributions to ensure interchangeability during assembly and operational stability. For metal parts with black anodized finishes (such as aluminum alloys), we rigorously control surface finish and thread quality. For white semi-transparent thermoplastic parts, we focus on eliminating internal material stress to prevent deformation in thin-walled areas. Combined with Zeiss CMM and 2D inspection equipment, we perform full inspections on key mating dimensions to resolve common tolerance accumulation issues in plastic machining. Once buyers provide 3D drawings and tolerance standards, we evaluate machining solutions and provide quotes based on material grades, surface treatment requirements (such as sandblasting or polishing), and batch sizes.
