The center area reserves space for installation, with symmetrical fixing holes on both sides for secure mounting on ceilings, walls, or equipment housings, ensuring uniform airflow distribution and a clean appearance.

The manufacturing process primarily involves precision stamping of metal sheets. Strict control over the punching angle and spacing consistency of the louver blades is maintained to ensure smooth ventilation and prevent blade deformation. High requirements are placed on edge treatment of the circular contour and positioning accuracy of installation holes. Progressive dies or specialized molds are typically used for mass production to ensure interchangeability across batches.
