Rectangular sheet metal enclosures feature a large central cutout and perimeter mounting holes, serving as protective housings or structural frames for internal assemblies. The open-top design with flanged edges facilitates the integration of control panels, displays, or electronic modules while providing rigid support.

Fabrication involves precise laser cutting to define the aperture and hole patterns, followed by bending operations to form the box structure with consistent corner radii. Critical quality controls focus on the perpendicularity of side walls, flatness of the mounting face, and accurate positioning of fastening holes to ensure seamless assembly with mating components.

Our Shenzhen facility utilizes Bystronic laser cutting systems and CNC press brakes to maintain tight tolerances across batch production. Supported by Hexagon and Zeiss CMM inspection equipment, we verify dimensional accuracy and surface integrity. Materials such as stainless steel or aluminum can be selected based on environmental requirements, with optional surface treatments available upon request.
