About Silent box
A silent enclosure is a specially designed box structure for reducing the noise of diesel generator sets. It uses multiple layers of soundproof and sound-absorbing materials to wrap the generator set, forming a relatively closed soundproof space. When the generator set is in operation, the generated noise is absorbed, reflected, and dissipated by the soundproof and sound-absorbing materials, thereby achieving the effect of noise reduction.
The design of the silent enclosure not only considers the noise reduction effect but also focuses on ventilation, heat dissipation, and exhaust functions. Through reasonable ventilation design and exhaust pipes, it ensures that the generator set can dissipate heat and exhaust normally inside the silent enclosure, avoiding overheating and malfunctions.
