Product Introduction
This product is widely used in automobile manufacturing (especially chassis/body structural parts) industry and manufactured by precision cold stamping (including drawing, punching, flanging and reshaping multi-process composite stamping) process. Precision shall be strictly controlled within ± 0.05mm, and the core equipment is servo precision punching line (or large closed single-point/four-point press). We provide post-treatment processes such as galvanization, electrophoresis, spraying and passivation to ensure excellent surface quality and anti-rust performance.
