This custom PCB soldering terminal is a multi-operation sheet metal stamping component. It is manufactured through deep drawing, hole punching, flanging, bending and tin plating. The integrated threaded/hole structure provides reliable soldering and fastening on printed circuit boards. We can develop parts strictly according to your drawings or samples.

• Brass / Phosphor Bronze / Copper Alloy
• Optional: Stainless steel

Processing

• Deep drawing, punching, flanging, bending, deburring
• Surface: Bright tin plating (good solderability, anti-oxidation)
• Tolerance: ±0.04~0.12mm
