Elevator Lock

A metal support assembly featuring a central large round hole, slotted holes, and side right-angle bent flanges. The surface presents a uniform matte silver-white finish, likely achieved through electro-galvanizing or similar anti-corrosion treatment. This structure forms a stable L-shaped mounting interface through the combination of a bottom base and vertical side plates. It is commonly used inside mechanical equipment as a link guide, limit support, or fixed base for electrical components.

The manufacturing focus for such irregular sheet metal parts lies in controlling the perpendicularity of the bent edges and the flatness of the flange surfaces to prevent warping or deformation when locked. Simultaneously, the center distance tolerance between the slotted holes and round holes must be strictly maintained to ensure smooth assembly. Stamped edges undergo deburring and chamfering to prevent sharp edges from scratching mating parts or affecting assembly fit. For structures with multiple hole patterns, the relative positional accuracy of the holes is key to ensuring functional performance.

Leveraging our factory's experience in hardware and electronic component manufacturing, we utilize punch presses ranging from 16T to 125T along with shearing machines for blanking and stamping, and bench drills for precise hole machining. Equipped with vibratory tumbling machines and polishing machines, we enhance surface finish and edge consistency. Key dimensions are strictly inspected using dial calipers and height gauges.
