Designed for mechanical transmission or internal equipment connections, this kit includes linkage rods with irregular profiles and multi-hole mounting base plates. The left linkage rod features a long-arm bent structure, with a hook-shaped bayonet at a specific angle and a single round hole at the end, used to adapt to pin shafts or limit mechanisms. The right main body is a three-dimensional bracket with side flanges; the plate surface distributes multiple groups of circular through-holes and integrates a fastening bolt, forming a stable L-shaped support interface. It is commonly used for force transmission and fixation in automation equipment, tooling fixtures, or chassis interiors.

The core of manufacturing such irregular stamped parts lies in controlling the relative positional accuracy of feature holes and overall flatness. It is essential to ensure that the bayonet angle at the end of the linkage rod and the center distance of the mounting holes on the base plate meet assembly smoothness requirements to prevent motion interference. The verticality of the side flange bending directly affects installation fit; sheared edges must be deburred and chamfered to eliminate sharp edges. The surface presents a uniform colorful zinc plating luster. During processing, strict control over coating thickness consistency is required, and vibration tumbling is used to optimize appearance and touch, preventing jamming or scratching of mating parts during subsequent assembly.

Leveraging our factory's experience in hardware and electronic components, we utilize 16T to 125T tonnage punch presses with precision molds to complete sheet metal blanking, punching, and bending forming. Bench drills are used for fine machining of hole systems to ensure aperture tolerances. Equipped with vibration tumbling machines and polishing machines, we enhance surface finish. Key dimensions are strictly inspected using dial calipers, height gauges, and other testing tools.
