Designed to meet positioning and support needs in mechanical transmission and pipeline connections, this series of parts features a cylindrical structure with a flanged edge. The main body includes a smooth inner bore and outer cylindrical surface, with a flat annular flange extending from the bottom. These components are commonly used as wear-resistant bushings and sleeves for bearing housings, hydraulic cylinder guides, or cable wall penetrations. The flange face fits against the mounting base to achieve axial limitation and radial fixation.

The core of machining these bushing-type parts lies in controlling the inner bore diameter tolerance and the coaxiality of the outer circle, ensuring smooth rotation or tight sliding fit after assembly. The flatness of the flange face directly affects installation conformity, preventing uneven stress distribution caused by warping. Stamped edges and inner walls undergo deburring and chamfering to eliminate sharp edges that could scratch mating shafts or sealing rings.
